Fallout Season 3 Begins Filming

Fallout season 3 has officially begun filming, with actor Walton Goggins confirming his return as The Ghoul. Goggins, who has played the character across the show's dual timelines, posted a picture on Instagram showing his transformation into the character.

The picture, which shows Goggins in full makeup and costume, has been reposted by the official Fallout and Kilter Films accounts, reaffirming that season 3 is currently filming.

While Goggins' post doesn't reveal much about the upcoming season, it's clear that the show's other leads are also set to reprise their roles. Ella Purnell, who plays Vault dweller Lucy MacLean, and Aaron Moten, who plays the Brotherhood of Steel's Maximus, haven't weighed in on their participation in season 3 just yet.

However, it's likely that they will be back to continue their respective stories in Prime Video's series. Season 3 of Fallout was renewed by Amazon in May 2025, following two successful seasons on Prime Video.

The show's third season is expected to continue the story of the Vault dwellers and the Brotherhood of Steel, and it will be interesting to see how the story unfolds. With Goggins and the rest of the cast set to return, fans of the show can expect more of the same post-apocalyptic sci-fi action and drama that has made Fallout a hit with audiences.
